Doctors need to know what medicines you take. Your doctor will be able to see which medicines were prescribed for you by providers in the network. If you take over-the-counter medicine or vitamins you can add this information for your doctor to see.

If you can’t speak for yourself, your health information can speak for you. Doctors who treat you will be able to access your information quickly. This can save your life.

Access Your Own Health Information
In the future, you will be able to see your health information through our patient portal. You will see medications, test results, and pre-natal care. You will also be able to add facts to your health information, such as blood pressure readings and medicines that you take.
