Physician Practice Information
 

To use the HealthUnity Client you require:

  • Microsoft Windows® XP Professional SP2, Windows® Vista, Windows® 2000 Professional SP6, Windows® Server 2003 SP1 or later
  • Internet Explorer 4.0 or later
  • Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0
  • Personal computer with an Intel Celeron 1.0 GHz or higher processor
  • At least 256 MB of memory
  • Hard-disk space: 100 MB
  • Broadband internet connection speed of 1Mbps

Recommended:

  • Microsoft Windows® XP Professional SP2 or later
  • Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
  • Microsoft Office® Professional 2003
  • Personal computer with an Intel Pentium 4 2.0 GHz or higher processor
  • 512 MB of memory
  • Hard-disk space: 100 MB
  • Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0
  • Broadband internet connection speed of 3Mbps

Educational Training
 

E-Health Network of Long Island in partnership with HealthUnity® provides you and your staff with on-site training. Smaller facilities can expect one visit for installation and training. Larger facilities can expect one or two sessions. The system is simple and easy to use, and does not require extensive training sessions or lengthy manual reading. You will use a simple handout for almost all of your needs. You will also receive a manual and reliable, personal, expert technical support by phone and e-mail.
