E-Health Network of Long Island has exciting plans for patients to view and add to their health information online. We expect to do this in soon.

We will launch a personal health record Web site. At that time, e-Health Network of Long Island will give you easy instructions to open you Free account. You will use the Login link on this Web site to see your information.

You will be able to add data to your health information. You can include over-the-counter medicines, vitamins you take, and blood pressure readings. It will also help you to store your health information online and in one place.
